Aunt Anna and Uncle Henry McLean
Anna McLean Cloyce is an associate professor in voice at West Texas A&M University in Canyon. She is a mezzo soprano who completed her Docterate of Musical Arts at the University of North Texas. Her numerous performances include solos with the Fort Worth Chamber Symphony, the Xalapa Orchestra in Mexico and her debut at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center. In her fifteen seasons in the cast of TEXAS , Cloyce has performed the roles of Kate Lucas, and Anna Mclean. She has also staged many operas at WTAMU. She holds membership in the National Association of Teachers of Singing and many prestigious honor societies. Tom Garmon Henry McLean Tom is a native West Texan, having grown up in the ranching country of Alpine, in Brewster County , now living in Clarendon, Texas . His entertainment experience began in fhe radio and television business in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He was a mid-life seminarian at Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and is a United Methodist minister. His stage credits include The King and I and All the King's Men. When he is not delivering lines on stage, he is delivering lines from the "best script ever written" at First United Methodist Church in Clarendon.
