What
time does the Performance Start?
- The TEXAS Musical
Drama starts around 8:30pm, and is over around
10:30pm. Keep in mind that this is an outdoor performance,
so sometimes we do have delays due to inclement
weather and other occasional, unforeseen events.
There is a 15 minute intermission during which
refreshments will be available.

Is the Dinner
on Site?
- Yes, the dinner is served on site at
the Pioneer Amphitheatre complex.

What
time is Dinner Served?
- The Big Texan starts serving
at 6:00pm and runs till 8:00pm, or the until the
last person has gone through the line.

What does
the Dinner Include?
- The meal is a steak dinner
served by the Big Texan Steak Ranch. The steaks
are cooked on site and served to you right off
the grill. The meal also includes a wonderful
salad and fruit bar, homemade bread rolls, and
cheese potato casserole, along with peach cobbler
for dessert. Of course, there are a few other
sides such as, but not limited to, au-juice,
grilled onions, and for those who like it hot,
mesquite roasted jalapeños. Drinks consist
of water, tea, or homemade lemonade, all prepared
fresh daily.

What
is the Ticket Cancellation Policy?
- All performance
tickets include a $2.00 nonrefundable handling
fee.
- There is a 3% cancellation fee per cancelled
performance ticket.
- All cancellations must be
made at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the performance
date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations
made within 24 hours of the performance date.

Are
Rain Checks available?
- Yes, rain checks are available
in the event of a show cancellation due to weather
or other unforeseen events. A light rain is not
grounds for cancellation, and we work closely with
local weather stations to monitor all weather activity
in the area. Public and performer safety is our
utmost concern, and we will keep everyone updated
in the case of severe weather in the area.
- Rain
checks are issued if the show is canceled before
intermission.
- Rain checks are valid for life;
you can call to set up reservations for any future
show.
- One Rain Check Voucher Per Ticket o You
will be given the best seats available when you
call.
- Reservations are recommended.
