Questions

  • What time are will call tickets available for pick up?

The box office at the theater opens at 6:00PM every night there is a show. Tickets can be picked up at will call from the time the box office opens until 15 minutes after the show has started.
  • What are the times of the backstage tour, dinner, and show?

Backstage tours are given between 6PM and 7:15PM; the dinner is served from 6PM to 8PM (you can eat anytime in that two hours); the show begins at 8:30PM.
  • How long does the show last?

The show lasts about 2 hours and 15 minutes (that is with the 15 minute intermission included).
  • What are the ages for child tickets and senior tickets?

  • What is the cancellation policy?

Tickets must be refunded 48 hours before the show date. There is a 3% cancellation fee.
