Group reservations
must be made by phone only. Please call (806) 655-2181.
Restrictions
and Recommendations
- A $250
nonrefundable deposit on all contracted group reservations is
due and payable 30 days from contract signing.
All major credit cards, certified checks, money orders and business
checks will be honored. Reservations will be dropped
if deposit is not received on the specified date.
- Groups
must confirm reservations 21 days in advance with full payment.
All Reservations not paid for by this time will be dropped.
Reservations made within 14 days must be paid in full at the time
of sale.
- There is
a $1.50 nonrefundable handling fee for each performance ticket
along with a $4.50 theatre maintance fee per group
- Groups may
not cancel more than 10% of their reservation once the final balance
has been received. Refunds will not be given within 24 hours
of the show. Cancellations made prior to the 24 hour cut-off will
be subject to a 3% cancellation fee and the $1.50 per ticket nonrefundable
handling fee.
- Tickets
will be held at theatre will call unless otherwise requested in
writing.

patrons.

tour guides are available on a first-come first-served basis for
a 30 minute, 10 mile escorted drive through the Palo Duro Canyon,
from 6 to 7 p.m.

in the theatre begins at 7:45 p.m. The show starts at 8:30
