ONLY after final payment is made for 20 or more guests.

All reservations must be prepaid.
If reservation/purchase falls below 20 party members, regular published prices apply to the entire reservation.
25% of the total amount will be due 10 days after signing the contract. This payment is fully refundable up to 10 days prior to the performance except 3% if reservations are made on a credit card.
Reservations are not confirmed until the payment of 25% and/or full payment is received in the TEXAS office.
Reservations must be confirmed 10 days prior to performance date with full payment of balance over the initial 25% payment and an accurate count.
If the reservation is made less than 10 days before the performance date, full payment is due at the time of the reservation.
Payment must be made by a single party via business check, certified cashier’s check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. No Personal Checks Accepted.

Additional Points to Ponder

Back stage tours available for $5.00 per person
Group leaders and bus drivers can receive a free ticket with the group reservation
Park entry is waived after 5:00 p.m. for all “TEXAS” patrons
Everyone in your group receives a FREE souvenir program with your reservation
Step-on tour guides are a complimentary service available on a first-come, first-served basis for a 30 minute, 10 mile escorted drive through the Palo Duro Canyon, from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm (gratuities are greatly appreciated)
Seating in the theatre begins at 7:45 pm and the show starts at 8:30 pm
Headsets are available for those limited hearing guests
Handicapped seating is available upon request
Summer evenings can be delightfully cool, please come prepared
Rain Cancellation Policy: There are NO refunds for rain. “TEXAS” is performed in the rain and seldom cancelled. We will only offer rain checks if a performance is cancelled before intermission. If cancelled, patrons must collect a rain check voucher from the hospitality personnel or mail original ticket stub to be exchanged for vouchers within 15 days to 1514 5th Avenue, Canyon, TX 79015.
