Come
join us for the Third Annual RIDER ON THE RIM TRAIL RIDE
Benefiting the Texas Panhandle Heritage Foundation & TEXAS
On
September 25th, 2010 come and join your friends and neighbors
on an afternoon ride through the breathtaking scenery
of the River Falls Bed and Breakfast Refuge Area. Miles
of this private area of beautiful Palo Duro Canyon awaits
your discovery.

The Rider on the Rim Trail Ride was
developed in 2008 by long-time TPHF supporter Doris Alexander
to raise funds to support the mission of the Texas Panhandle
Heritage Foundation to preserve, record, and recreate
the story of the Texas Panhandle by the production of
the outdoor symphonic drama “TEXAS” in
the Palo Duro Canyon State Park.
This year, world famous
western artist Kenneth Wyatt has graciously painted and
donated an original rendition of “The Rider on
the Rim”. A copy adorns the cover of this year’s
45th Anniversary Souvenir Program. The original painting
will be available for auction the evening of the Trail
Ride in September. After a long day in the saddle, join
us for a steak dinner, live music, auction and much more.
Tickets are also available just for the evening’s
festivities.
