The Texas Panhandle Heritage Foundation want to extend a big thank you to Robinson’s BBQ for serving up delicious pre-show dinners this season. Their mouthwatering BBQ added an extra layer of Texas flavor to our guests’ evening, making their night in Palo Duro Canyon even more memorable.

We are grateful for their partnership and for helping create a full, uniquely Texan experience for our patrons. Great food, great views, and a great show. Here’s to community, tradition, and plenty of BBQ!

You'll want to come early and enjoy a delicious Chuck Wagon BBQ dinner from Robinson's BBQ.

Served anytime between 6:30 PM - 8 PM. Adult plate includes brisket, sausage, coleslaw, potato salad, banana pudding and a drink. Child plate includes brisket sandwich (or sausage if they choose), chips, banana pudding and a drink.
Enjoy eating surrounded by the beautiful, Palo Duro Canyon beneath the blue Texas sky.

BBQ Dinners tickets can be purchased as an add-on before your checkout screen in your transaction. If you decide to buy dinners after you have completed purchase of your tickets, please call 806-651-2181 to add those dinners to your order.

Dinner must be ordered by 4:00 PM the day BEFORE your show date.

What is included in the BBQ Dinner?

Adult plate includes brisket, sausage, coleslaw, potato salad, banana pudding and a drink. Child plate includes brisket sandwich (or sausage if they choose), chips, banana pudding and a drink.

Are there any onions in the potato salad?

No, we do not have any onion in our potato salad.

Is your BBQ sauce Gluten free?

Yes, our BBQ sauce is homemade and gluten free.

Is there any Dairy?

Yes, both of our potato salad and coleslaw contain mayo.

Is your potato salad store-bought?

No, we make our potato salad in-house.

What type of wood is used?

We use hickory as our smoking wood.
